We Ride!
Every August the Campus Bicycle Advisory Committee and partners host We Ride during move-in week. This event reinforces the bike culture at CSU, and new in 2024, will expand to feature other forms of transportation. The event will take place just north of the Hartshorn Building and will feature numerous booths that participants can visit for transportation information and giveaways. Booths will highlight:
- Free helmet and bike light
- Bikeshare membership information
- Rules of the road
- Proper bike and skateboard locking to deter theft
- Loading your bicycle on the bus
- Bike safety checks
- Bike registration
- Reading the bus schedule and planning transit trips
- Courtesy shuttle for people with permanent or temporary disabilities
- Carshare
- Motor vehicle parking permit information
- Bike shelter permits
